NOTICE OF MEETING IRON COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The Iron County Board of Supervisors will meet on
Monday, July 31st, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Mercer Community Center,
Mercer, Wisconsin. The meeting is open to the public per Chapter 19,
Sub Chapter V, Wisconsin Statutes. (Open Meeting Law)
1. Meeting called to order by Chairman Dennis DeRosso at 7:00 PM.
2. Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
3. Roll call of members.
4. Acknowledge that the meeting was properly called and posted.
5. Approval of board minutes from June 27th, 2006 as presented.
6. Communications.
7. Appearance of Marjorie Bunce, Regional Representative for Senator Herb
Kohl.
8. Committee, Department Heads and Chairman’s Report.
9. Public comment pursuant to Iron County Resolution #2341.
10. Discussion and possible action on returning Dr. Edelstein’s share of
Haven by the Falls property.
11. Land access agreement between Iron County and Brett Peterson.
12. Ordinance: Regulating gathering rights on Iron County Forest Lands.
13. Resolution: Creating a Saxon Harbor Committee.
14. Resolution: Creating a position of Trails Coordinator for Iron County.
13. New Business.
14. Adjournment.
