NOTICE OF IRON COUNTY FINANCE MEETING
The Iron County Finance Committee will meet on
Tuesday, August 1st, 2006 at 6:00 PM at the Iron County Courthouse,
Hurley, Wisconsin. The meeting is open to the public per Chapter 19, sub Chapter V, Wisconsin Statutes. (Open Meeting Law)
Amended July 27, 2006 @ 1:00 PM
1. Meeting called to order by Finance Chairman John Wiita at 6:00
PM.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Acknowledge that meeting was properly called and posted.
4. Approval of minutes of July 12th, 2006 as presented.
5. Clerk’s report.
6. Appearance of Amy Pacholsky, Telephone Associates, to discuss options on county’s phone systems.
7. Courthouse security issues: Door locks, Ken Challis.
8. Discussion of county credit cards, Brian Tarro.
9. Clarification of rules in County Directory.
10. Review contract for services for Emergency Government.
11. Request for county donation for Mercer War Memorial.
12. Review, discussion and approval of voucher numbers 1174 through 1334.
13. Public comment pursuant to Resolution #2341.
14. Move into closed session per 19.85 (1) c&f, Wisconsin Statutes to discuss contract options for Emergency Government Position, a personnel issue and material related to possible audit.
15. Return to open session and take action if necessary on items discussed
in closed session.
16. New business.
17. Adjournment.
