13. Approve deed for Hwy. 77 right-of-way in the City of Montreal.

14. Resolution: Increasing of NSF check fee collected by Iron County.

15. Resolution: Authorizing the submittal of grant application to improve Schomberg Park.

16. Resolution: Approving formation of a county forest law withdrawal application.

17. Amend Zoning Ordinance, Larry & Paula Allen, owners.

18. Quit claim deed on house and property on Lot 3 Germania Hills Plat.
